I - 白の1/1のスピリット・クリーチャー・トークン3体を生成する。
II - あなたがコントロールしているクリーチャー1体か2体か3体を対象とし、3個分を割り振る。それらの上にその割り振った個数の+1/+1カウンターを置く。
III - ターン終了時まで、あなたがコントロールしているすべてのクリーチャーはトランプルと絆魂を得る。

I - Create three 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens.
II - Distribute three +1/+1 counters among one, two, or three target creatures you control.
III - Creatures you control gain trample and lifelink until end of turn.
